Bedroom 2 is located upstairs and has a Queen bed and 2 single beds, robes, ensuite and reverse cycle.
Bedroom 3 is located upstairs and has King split bed, ensuite, tv, walk in robe and reverse cycle. The request to split the bed must be made at time of booking.
The property a double garage to lock away the boat, and room for 2 cars in the driveway.
The townhouse guests also have communal access to the Cypress Drive affinity swimming pool.

Always a great time staying at Cypress 11. Check in and departure is easy and communication around this is good. Well equipped, and plenty of room. Outside area needed a clean, sweep, dust. Our favourite place to stay when we come to Mulwala.

A beautiful 3 bedroom townhouse well positioned to walk over the bridge to Yarrawonga or to Clubs and eateries. A great spot to sit and enjoy the lazy days and the kids loves the poolside area.

We had a fabulous stay at 11 on Cypress. We enjoyed all aspects of the property close to clubs, easy walk into town over the bridge. We loved sitting out side on the deck just watching the water.
