The heart of the home is the renovated open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area with sliding doors that open out on to the deck. Stainless steel appliances including Gas Cooking, Dishwasher, Microwave and Coffee Pod Machine.

Three bedrooms offer direct deck access – perfect for indoor-outdoor living!
The third bedroom even comes with its own ensuite and external access for maximum convenience.
The fourth bedroom is super spacious and can easily accommodate four extra guests.

Comfort is king with split system heating and cooling in every room. Chilly evening? No worries! Cozy up by the fire pit on the front lawn or warm up with electric heaters on the undercover deck.

Yarrawonga Escapes does not provide firewood or kindling for firepits or wood heaters. Guests are welcome to purchase firewood from local service stations or Bunnings Yarrawonga.

All Bed and Bath Linen are provided at this property. Just remember to bring your own pool/lake towels.

Check in time: After 3pm : Check out time: 10 am.

SELF CHECK-IN: This property is Self-Check In. Be sure to read the Self-Check In instructions carefully and contact us anytime if you have any problem finding the location.
The check-in instruction will be sent to you at Midday on the day of your arrival.

WIFI: Whilst we do anticipate WiFi will be available during your stay, it is not guaranteed. WiFi availability is dependent on the network provider.
Yarrawonga Escapes will not be held accountable for network errors.

CLEANING: For any cleaning issues, we ask that you report any concern within 24hrs of arrival to the office. Our office hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.

LOSS OF KEYS: Once you checked in the keys and access devices are your responsibility. Charges will apply for loss of key/access devices. If you get locked out of the house, you will be charged $100 for attending the house and unlocking the door (or you can call a local locksmith).
