Whether you're a couple, a group of friends, or a family looking for the perfect getaway, The Anchorage has everything you need to have a comfortable stay. This lovely holiday rental comfortably accommodates six guests in three bedrooms.
The open-plan living area is a total game-changer – imagine whipping up a gourmet meal in the modern kitchen (complete with a 90 cm oven, dishwasher, and even a Lavazza coffee machine) while chatting with friends lounging on the comfy 3-seater chaise and two-seater couch.
Featuring three spacious queen-sized bedrooms:
• The main bedroom – with Queen Bed - with its walk-in robe, ensuite, and overhead fan.
• Two additional Queen bedrooms, each with their own overhead fan, ensure everyone gets a great night's sleep.
The home is packed with practical touches – a full bathroom with shower and bath, separate toilet, and a handy study with a desk for those who need to catch up on work. The laundry comes fully equipped with a washer and dryer, making life a breeze.
Step outside to a large undercover alfresco area perfect for barbecues and relaxing. The fully fenced yard is a dream, and there's a double garage for extra parking or storage.
Climate control? Sorted! Ducted refrigerated cooling and heating keep you comfortable all year round.

Pet friendly on application only. Pets are not permitted inside the home, only in the garage or house yard. Maximum of 1 pet.
All Bed and Bath Linen are provided at this property. Just remember to bring your own pool/lake towels.

SELF CHECK-IN: This property is Self-Check In. Be sure to read the Self-Check In instructions carefully and contact us anytime if you have any problem finding the location.
The check-in instruction will be sent to you at Midday on the day of your arrival.
WIFI: There is No WiFi Available at this property
CLEANING: For any cleaning issues, we ask that you report any concern within 24hrs of arrival to the office. Our office hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.
LOSS OF KEYS: Once you checked in the keys and access devices are your responsibility. Charges will apply for loss of key/access devices. If you get locked out of the house, you will be charged $100 for attending the house and unlocking the door (or you can call a local locksmith).

The property was well presented and having stayed in Yarrawonga often for family trips or, as this was a golf trip, found the Anchorage to be really well located. Understand the property is for sale, which is not an issue , however the lack of wifi, and the small TV in the family room was a bit of a disappointment in this price bracket, I know these are 2 small issues. A bigger issue is the whine of the freezer- it is a wonderfully quiet neighbourhood- might just need a clean - but annoying Response from Yarrawonga Escapes Thank you for taking the time to review The Anchorage Roger. Whilst wifi is not listed with this property we have asked the owner to consider offering it. They are reluctant due to the sales listing which I can understand. The TV in the family room will not be upgraded either, however thanks for the feedback this will be sent to the owner too. I personally think the price that you had paid $230-00 per night for a three bedroom house sleeping up to 6 guests is really great value. This also included the $104-00 tax which is paid to the State Revenue Office. I ’m not aware of any other similar short term rental offering such a great rate. We will have a look at the noise in the freezer, the temperature may just need to be turned up. Was it ongoing, or spasmodic ? Had we been made aware during your stay we could have sent our maintenance to look at it, and make the stay that little bit more enjoyable. Again, thanks so much for taking the time reviewing.
