Resort living at Yarrawonga Lakeside Apartment 44. Positioned on level one, with waterfront views to Lake Mulwala, from the balcony. Just a short stroll to the local clubs, and the local golf club is close by.

This apartment is perfect for the larger family, groups, or two families.

The complex boasts a large sheltered outdoor, solar heated, resort pool with waterfalls, and a solar heated toddlers wading pool. Boat moorings by booking only. There are outdoor electric BBQ’s too.

As an added bonus boat moorings in the protected lagoon are available for guests to book.

Bedroom Configuration

Bedroom 1 – 1 King bed, ensuite with shower over bath. Tv, reverse cycle and fan.

Bedroom 2 - 2 x Single bunks, sleeps up to 4 guests, reverse cycle.

Bedroom 3 - Tri bunk, sleeps up to three guests , reverse cycle.

Bedroom 4 - 1 x Queen bed , fan, tv, reverse cycle.

Bedroom 5 - Tri bunk. wardrobe, reverse cycle.

Fully appointed kitchen, complete with microwave and dishwasher.

Main bathroom has spa bath and shower over spa, hair dryer and washer / dryer.

Balcony with eight seater table and gas bbq to take in those Lake Mulwala views.

All bedding, linen and towels provided (excluding pool towels).

Boat mooring on request for guests. Bookings must be made via Anne on 0447431433 during business hours 9am - 5pm Monday - Friday at time of booking.

Due to Strata Plan 37724 - No boat trailers are to be left or parked within the Complex. There is vacant land opposite for trailer parking.
